If I could get a gf my personal preference would be for no back acne but it is not the end of the world

long-haired male here, a question:how the flying fuck do i wash my upper back + neck? i scrub my body while my hair is coated in conditioner (might as well), but SOME hair is going to fall down there no matter how much i push it to one side or tilt my head down.i do NOT want soap in my hair, and i do not want my soap mixing with conditioner. i know nothing bad will happen, but it bothers me.

I have acne so my ideal woman is someone who also has acne. Even if I eventually have perfect skin I would still love women with acne because I've been desensitised to it and beyond that it's sometimes just genetics/stress rather than poor diet and hygiene that causes it. I hate being around people with no pimples at all and you know they're looking at your pimples... It's so annoying.
