Its really boring. But its weird because on any ocassion where I'm out with people or somebody I always think about how I would rather be bored at home. I was in a woman's bed for the first time ever recently and all I could think about was being in my own bed watching a show.

It was miserable when I was 9 but by the time I reached about 12 I was well adapted, now in my late 30s and I hold multi hour arguments with myself out loud

Self-talk is actually one of the best things about being alone. Some may call it schizo behavior or whatever, but I have literally self-resolved certain scenarios or issues in my life by just going for a walk and talking it out to myself. This is why I haven't felt the need for a counselor, because oftentimes just talking instead of keeping it in is enough to feel better.
