Company gets in the habit of casually stealing amounts of money which are not worth it to go to court over, while muddying the waters and confusing the cops. Since they are worth hundreds of million dollars they throw their weight around bullying others.Eventually they fuck with the wrong person and the story blows up and suddenly the entire internet is hating on this one company and not only does it become a PR nightmare it also spirals into a legal nightmare where suddenly the "David" side seems to now have an arsenal of legal resources. Recently they admitted defeat and threw in the towel which they probably should have done a long time ago.Also cops act like total retards in the process to the point of it being notable.It went viral because it had every element of an interesting story.
