does any1 else pre sleepi dont know how to sleep. i pretend to be asleep until i believe it. i go ohh what a weird dream, but i dont know its a dream. so weird. wacky dream! im so still. but im just imagining, not dreaming. am i stupid, is there a method

I used to dream all sort of scenarios and have elaborate fantasies that i would continue for weeks or months but then i gave up on life and wasn't able to do that properly anymore. That lead to bad insomnia for years and often staying up the whole night but that didn't matter because i was and am a neet. Now i have sleeping pills and they knock me out.
>>84757691I think what you're describing is pretty much what everyone does A lot of the time when I first get into bed I'll have like a quick, sudden dream and then wake up immediately. Then a while later I'll actually fall asleep for the night.
