I have some health issues too I need to sort out as well; trying to fix yourself from zero seems so difficult and daunting when you see everyone around you already fully locked in and secure in a normie life. I hate the most that doing anything, even stuff like watching or playing something, seems so unappealing and boring. Life would be so much easier if I was the type of person who enjoys activities like e.g. the faggots who sit down and draw all day most days.
