it's modern in the sense of the last 10,000 years of civilization. i think womens sexual psyche was encoded for homo sapiens as they lived 100,000-20,000 years ago and desired men hunting for and sheltering them and when agrarian life put an end to this their desires just kind of went dormant.men are no different but evolution encoding them to "fuck anything female all the time" is a formula that never goes out of style.
