Is there some pill I can take or some shit that will make me stop procrastinating my life away

Probably some sort of amphetamine. It'll be like the movie Limitless with Bradley Cooper

Homeless pill. Pack a bag and walk out the door

look at the mirror from time to time
time passing by hits you at some point

ADHD meds maybe allegedly
If it's that simple I might have deeper issues then that if it's harder than that
Undiagnosed ADHD bordering on bipolar autistic type shit
I've gotten nowhere in life, procrastinating seeking help, fixing my studies

You know now that I think of it, there used to be this awesome weight loss pill from back in the day like around 2010 to 2012 that you used to be able to get at GNC and then a few people died because they had underlying undiagnosed heart issues, but it was basically some form of amphetamine. And then in 2012 I bought a whole box of it. Oxyelite pro. That's what it was! And I remember I was in the Navy at the time so it was more of a deal where GNC on military bases couldn't sell it, and then they took out the dmaa, and they put something else in it but that ended up giving a bunch of people hepatitis and cancer or whatever but the original dmaa stuff was great for burning fat because it would kill your appetite, and I noticed when I was going to college at the time for electrical engineering, I was so on point I was getting things done like projects within an hour or two after class, everybody else is taking two weeks to get their projects done, I could remember everything the professors were saying and didn't have to write anything down! I got 33 credits towards an electrical engineering degree and had a perfect 4.0!

Now I post poops on 4chan

my advice will seem a little daunting, but you won't regret it and it is actually the best option

find a way to make money and make a business out of it, learning to run a business is the most based and fulfilling thing you can do, everyone will respect you even if you fail, they will just see another dude trying to make it in this world, it is far more interesting than wageslaving, if you press at it constantly for years and years you will learn eventually, you can't be that useless, and as you do it will be a little adventure learning something new, trying different ideas, your life will suddenly become interesting and full of activity, and you choose your hours, you make the decisions, you need to the motivation to get up early and work but then you will find it because so much rides on it and you are in control not some vindictive judgmental normy

no more trying to jump through hoops to impress this sick society with its ridiculous standards, at worst you have to put on some charisma to pitch an idea or make a sale, but then you are selling the product not yourself, you are proving that someone else can make money or benefits from something you produce and normies tend to be more amiable and actually think when it is not some social shit

even if it's just a food stand you are better off than a burger flipper, though I imagine you could probably start a decent e-business with your nerd skills
