Changing your life at a certain point feels so utterly pointless. Like what if I were to invest the next three years of my life trying to stabilize. Congratulations, I now hit milestones other people experienced in their fucking teens as a 30 year old. It's somehow even more pathetic instead of committing to being a full on loser outcast.

>my life didnt look like fantasy from the start so now i wont try

what is this mentality? do you know how many millions of people dont get started until they are 25, 30?

better late than never.
just because you feel you have missed certain milestones doesn't mean they've gone by forever. the only person who decides that is you.
I wish you best of luck.

I can make 6 figures at 40, but I won't take the job because others had it in their 30s

the point is you get to experience those milestones. If you've lost interest cause you're old I guess your life becomes pretty easy at that point, just watch anime forever.

>My life wasn't awesome years ago therefor it should never be awesome
You've got like 80 IQ at best if you genuinely think like this so just go ahead and do whatever you want, little retard. Grown-ass men obsessed with missed fictional milestones. So pathetic.

I get what you mean anon because sometimes I feel the same way. It is very hard to experience certain things and not feel a pang of regret for not having done it 15 years ago(as an example, I just bought concert tickets for the first time in my life), but I try to remind myself that while I can't change what happened in the past, I can keep trying to make my future better. If I fail, I fail, and maybe I will end up the same as if I never tried, but I am still too young to give up trying, and I bet you are too.

You'll find out what it's like when you become 18 in a few years.
