How can I improve my sleep schedule and calm my anxiety?

make a routine and stick to it.
no blue light for 2 hours before you want to fall asleep ok?
no phone usage unless it's an emergency, you want to let your brain slow down and rest.
take some magnesium glycinate (from a respectable high quality brand).
use the bed only for sleeping and such, not work or anything, just mostly rest.

As for the anxiety, try downloading calming songs using a free downloader. then you can downlaod calming songs from youtube and lsiten without the ads.

also try journalling, writing out all your thoughts, then closing the journal and putting it away.

Then have a shower before bed, then get into bed with a comfy book and read before you fall asleep
