you can only conclude that a perfect god doesn't exist
a non perfect god is fair game

This assumes that the perfect being/god in question exists within time and is a temporal being by nature.
This reasoning has nothing to say about a perfect being/god which exists outside of time and is an eternal being by nature.

Since you're asking the Christians, who believe in a perfect deity that exists outside of time and is eternal, they would tell you that regardless of the validity of your reasoning, it's irrelevant to Christianity. They would agree that the god you imagined can't exist.

The acts of changing, acting, and responding are perfect. All of the changes are laid out before God like a tapestry. In His point of view everything is stationary, but in our point of view things change over time. Time is a creation just like everything else. Get better arguments.
