It's so unfair that I can't have a cat because of my god damn allergies. So many cats need homes and I want to provide one. I'm good with managing my money the only problem is I'm allergic. You anons with cats are so lucky that you have them to enrich your lives.

I have two cats and now that I have a kid of my own, I'm absolutely tired of them. They just pee all over my fucking house now to the point that they have ruined the carpet (even though the litter box is cleaned daily) and cause a bunch of financial stress. I want to get rid of them so fucking badly but they're considered senior cats now and have medical needs so nobody will be likely to take them. Some nights I contemplate just leaving the back door open for a bit and letting them wander off outside where they can be free to do whatever they want but they'll probably just wind up as coyote food.

>>84802236recued a kitty from the forest looks like it was abandoned by its mother i found out why it shat uncontrollably every 20 minutes it smelled really bad i had to keep washing it under the sink. it didn't really drink or eat anything, the last time i washed it i think i didn't dry it off good enough and just assumed it would dry off in a couple hours so i went to bed. big mistake it wasn't moving the next morning and looked like it was dead when you touched its body it was totally limp it would sometimes weakly meow its body was room temperature. we rushed it to the vet as soon as possible they weren't sure if they could save it offered to put it down instead of paying 370 dollars to save it but they could put IVs in and keep it overnight and see if it recovered. turns out it had a bunch of parasites, like all of them. the next morning it was totally fine and the vet told me it was a boy i will need to keep giving him medicine. i named him cloud bc hes white and grey like a stormcloud

>>84799383My cat disappeared about a month ago. I put him out for the night and gave him dinner. And that was the last I saw him. I don't think he's dead, I think someone snatched him up. He was pulling out all his fur, so somebody probably assumed he was being mistreated and took him thinking they were saving a poor kitty's life from his monstrous abusers.
