Should I put all my money in VOO? I don't know what to do, I don't like dealing with money stuff and I don't have anyone to ask
>>
The S&P 500 has had the best returns in the long run compared to any other investment strategy, so put as much as you can afford in there (while leaving some cash in a savings account for emergencies!) and commit to contributing a percent of your paycheck every time to buying more of VOO (called dollar-cost averaging)
>>
I have just been putting my money in a couple of index funds. You just keep adding more and more. Total I have about $100k in index funds from doing this for 2 years
>>
The dying American empire will inflate away all of its debt. The sp500 will probably rise for this reason and only this reason. But no guarantees that it will not crash in the next 5 years regardless. Long term you can expect a rise if you don't sell, just because of the inflation
>>
Dude you should buy VOO! Look at the historical returns, it's based on the standard and poor companies. Also check out digital assets, there's this token on ethereum(basically a giant distributed computer) called Pregnantbutt, with a name like that you know it's good. Vooners and cryptobros will inherit the earth.
>inb4 I can't believe btc crashed to a million dollars
>aaaaaaaaa btc crashed to ten million, it's over
>btc only worth a billion now, bobos always win, where is your god now?
>I never wanted in the citadel anyway, I'll build my own

How bad do you think the great satan's collapse will be

If you have money (or so called "money" printed by jews) you should spend all of it on finite valuable resources like silver and gold

I don't really know..I just know tht guys I trust are saying now it's probably not the time to buy sp500. I'm not a good investor and I don't have money so for me it's just an interest

You should put all your money in everything.
VOO is fine if you want to invest in a lot of the biggest US megacorps.
The entire world stock market (VT or VTI/VXUS) is better
Total world stocks + crypto + real estate + bonds (or other fixed income assets) is better still
But if you don't like dealing with money stuff and have the discipline to not panic and withdraw all your money when the market crashes 50% like in 2008 then VOO is just fine.

even if it crashes, keep 20% in Bonds
when it does, rebalance (sell bonds to buy more stocks while they're low)
It all rises eventually as long as you keep that nest egg safe
>>
Everywhere says dollar cost averaging is retarded, but then you see all these richfags sitting in money markets or treasury bonds. How is that any different from dollar cost averaging? They're literally waiting in cash trying to time the market. It's all about averages anyway so say you have $80k in a checking account, isn't it a conflip whether you see bigger or smaller gains/losses between the two scenarios of buy all at once vs dca over the course of a year?
