>>84909355I did a lot of research about nutrition and health in general to see if I could improve my health. Nothing really got better until I tried eating a cooked carnivore diet. Shortly after that I started eating only raw meat, raw eggs, pasteurized dairy, and raw fruit. I quickly ended up feeling the best I had ever felt in my life. It kept getting better with time too, so I've only made small changes to what I eat since starting nearly 4 years ago
>>84909439Redpill me on raw meat pls, how do you keep from getting le scary parasite and sickness
>>84909461The only way any food could harm you is if it was poisoned. Helminths are irrelevant, just like microbes. The best meat you could eat would be from a freshly killed wild animal untouched by humans' industrial toxins. The worst meat would be from a heavily medicated farmed animal that was fed a toxic unnatural diet. Most of what you see in supermarkets will come from those animals. It's not as simple as "all meat from these animals will cause sickness". The bulk of the toxins they're forcefully exposed to are stored in their bone marrow & organs, and to a lesser extent their body fat & suet. The safest part to eat is the muscle meat, which is what most people sell and consume anyway. Never eat organs or bone marrow from these animals under any circumstances. It could be bad enough to paralyze you. Those items need to be sourced from totally unmedicated animals. It's best if they eat proper food too but it's not as important as being unmedicated. It's hard to find food from animals of that quality without hunting, fishing, farming properly, or paying way more than you should have to for your food. To reiterate, eating muscle meat and some fat from sabotaged animals shouldn't be a problem for you if you want cheap easily accessible raw meat. I've eaten many hundreds of pounds of the cheapest raw pork loin, ground beef, and eggs from Walmart over the years. I ate some of that again today. If you want the best thing a supermarket has to offer, the best depends on what yours sells. My Walmart has some wild-caught saltwater fish that have no farms or hatcheries, so you know for sure they're actually wild. Swordfish, alaskan flounder, and alaskan pollock. By far the healthiest meat they have there. The second best would be organic grassfed beef, which has still been medicated, fed poorly, and treated with citric acid, but it tastes noticeably better than the non-organic kind. Conventionally-farmed ground beef sucks, so I don't recommend trying that as your first
