have i had untreated diabetes for two fucking years? why haven't i died or had my foot fall off yet? i don't like sweets so i almost never eat sugary crap. how could this have possibly happened?

Yeah thats a trait of diabetes but it isn't a guarentee, could be a thyroid issue OP. Also diabetes doesn't cause your feet to fall off directly, same way AIDs isn't what kills you.
