Chords confused the shit out of me. How do you make em, how do you come up with em, if you have a vocal how do you make a chord progression for that vocal. Didn't understand it. Kind of did a "deep dive" on chords today. Learned a bit. That a lot of songs use the same chords, and if the vocal is in a certain key, there are definitely chords that naturally go with it... you just have to pick one. It's not perfect but it works a decent amount of the time I thinkAnyway I want to get familiar with major and minor chords, which I learned are basically happy and emotional/sad chords... so I'm gonna buy some stickers for my keyboard so I can actually know what keys I'm pressing and try out this list of major and minor chords, and the popular chords for EDM. Have to wait a couple days to get them in the mail so I'll be taking a few days break from producing, I'm sure you're all glad you won't be seeing me for a few days lulz
