What did it feel like when you finally found out what you had a talent for?

eh. it feels alright. i was young when i found out i had a slight knack for shooting, it's always something i've done and the combination of years of shooting, good training from my dad, and a genuine interest for firearms design added up to something resembling talent.

it's nice being able to shoot as well or better than people twice my age (old bones don't tend to shake the trigger finger, shooters get better with age). i am rusty, i need more time shooting to get back to my previous levels, but it is nice to have at least one thing i'm good at.

I've been told I'm talented at a number of things, but I never believed it myself. If I really was talented in those ways it would be pointless anyway, seeing as it never helped me with anything in my life

make sure you get your blood lead levels tested and you wash your hands well after handling ammunition if you shoot regularly
