Please help me understand something /r9k/...

I live in shared accomodation, and one of my housemates has a gf. She came over a few weeks ago and visited, and they saw me and said hello. She introduced herself, and I said hello to them but did not introduce myself because I was hungover and not inthe mood to chat. I saw my housemate the next day and he asked me if I had a problem with his girlfriend. I made a joke out of it at the time and moved on. But I saw them again today and when I said hello she had this scowl on her face and looked angry/afraid of me.

Is that I did that bad? I can't help but shake the feeling I've done something worse than I think. Which happenes frequently as I am a diagnosed autistic.
