NotOP here. My father was completely gray by 40, and I started graying at 15, so I expected the same. But it didn't go like that. 40 is fast approaching, and I still have most my color. Disappointing, desu.

I think that's normal, greying tend to start in the facial hair and work its way up.

Mine starting greying at 23, when I could barely even grow one yet.

No hairline loss at 35 though thankfully.
