The age of consent is 14 but you have to have the parents of the 14-17 years old consenting with the relationship as well. When you reach 18 you become an adult. Despite the age of consent being 14 years old, everybody acts like it is 18 years old and nobody is aware of the fact that 14 is the minimum age of consent actually.
