I feel bad telling people how much I care because it feels like making them a hostage. They should go if they want to go, I shouldn't burden them with my feelings.

Do you agree or disagree?

disagree
i understand where you're coming from, but you're not holding anyone hostage by simply feeling a certain way about them.
why do you think you feel that way?

Personally I don't feel I am worth much and that I am very likely to disappoint people. But the main thing is I don't want to feel like I am being tolerated out of obligation, or if they don't want to talk to me I understand and I don't want to make someone feel guilty.

well, anon. your statements after the first all rest on that first statement. those feelings and thoughts are because you don't think highly of yourself.
if you're like me, you'll kind of have to look at the voice like a demon or monster or whatever that is trying dragging you down.
you're probably a good person cus you care about those things. i wouldn't worry too much about them, if you can help it
