idk i dont rlly get panic attacks i just get bad anxiety but not panic attacks i used to get high a lot but i had to stop and both times when i tried to go back to it it just made me feel rlly anxious and scared when i started feeling it cuz it made me remember the bad highs i got a couple times and i was scared i was gonna feel like that again. i can handle being like only a bit high like a buzz ig but when i take enough to get actually high i immediately feel like this drop like in a movie when time stops and u hear that slowed down sound effect its like that and then i immediately think oh fuck and i have to go lay down in bed and sometimes i start shaking uncontrollably if im rlly rlly high and sometimes time feels like its rlly slowed down too. i think its cuz i can only get weed vapes cuz actual weed smells too much and the vapes are like rlly strong stuff and my body cant handle it cuz i have no tolerance anymkore so im gonna get a delta 8 vape cuz i read its weaker than the other stuff i tried before and im gonna use it with a cbd vape as well and i think im gonna be abale to get high again and enjoy it but not get really anxious like before
