I was making pasta but while I was boiling the water I realized I had no sauce so I made a quick 10 minute sauce and it came out pretty good. I just fried some garlic in oil with some diced tomatoes added some salt, pepper, basil, crushed red pepper, and some chili powder and went. Finished off the with some parmesan. Came out pretty good. Now I'm sitting on the porch. Could be worse.
