People are quick to blame "the patriarchy" for all the west's problems. What problems does the patriarchy actually cause in the west?

This leads to a society where men are just told to "suck it up" and are never allowed to process their emotions in a healthy way and instead creates a violent pressure cooker of rage that then explodes outward in violence or inward to self-medication or suicide.
