Why do women like returning to their abusers so much? Why don't they date normal guys who don't beat them?
They enjoy the thrill. The "trauma bonding" explanation is not completely wrong, but it still takes all the agency away from women who voluntarily return to these subhumans (and even worse, often enable their abuse of others)
