How long does it take to become muscular & strong?
>>
1 year of consistency

Depends on a lot of nebulous definitions and also your general work ethic.

But uhh >>84930818 is probably about right. If you're in bad shape jut start going to the gym 2-4 times per week and doing cardio twice a week or so you'll be "fit" within about a year.

to look like ur frog is would take years

you can get pretty strong in several months. the key is not severely injuring yourself and losing your gains.

I'm too much of a skeleton twink for working out to help me, I've tried. I always just end up burning off the little bit of fat I DO have. I can only afford to eat about 900 calories a day.

Depends on your body type, food intake and the amount and type of training you do.
I've been doing push-ups and dumbbell curls 30-40mins a day, about 3-4 times a week for the last 6months. I was a lanklet when I started. I still kinda look like a lanklet with clothes on, but clothes off, I'm slim/fit. And when I'm in a t-shirt, it's obvious that I now have a decent biceps and pecs under it. Can do 80 push-ups in one go and 30x 26lbs dumbbel curls in one go. When I started I could barely do 5 push-ups and 5 curls.

ive been at it for 5 months consistently a little longer less so
i feel my arms are legs being denser but i still look skinnyfat
its funny because when i put a shirt on i look pretty skinny but when i measured it at a machine i found out im 25% bodyfat with average muscle mass

literally ALL i want is to look skinny not even muscular or like someone who goes to the gym

noob gains will be exhausted in a year. if you're not significantly bigger and stronger by then you never will be.
>>
>>84930810
depends on your starting point. for me it took 8 month to see significant muscle growth but I wasn't shredded like Clavicular or anything like that. Usually those builds take years of training, or steroids

you don't do anything for your back? can hang off the edge of a table or something and do reverse rows

assuming you aren't eating like 1500 calories a day with 50g protein
>>
