i think my fear of being followed around and bullied by people evolved into something more bizarre. there's also a fear of abandonment and being alone. i think i feel less alone if i imagine that there are people stalking me or that i live in the truman show and everything revolves around me somehow. it allows me to feel important, like somebody is there watching me and i have some kind of special connection with my ex gf. anything i want to be real, i just make it real in my mind. i think it might be self-fulfilling and i am actually being watched at least by a small number of people because i am a lolcow.

sadly not a joke. one of the things that keeps me on 4chan is i know that i am not 100% irrelevant here. there are people who like to play with my head for laughs which is better than the empty void where my life means nothing outside of 4chan according to my troubled mind. in the real world, i am an old, unemployed bum with zero prospects.

There's entities inside the head that can physically interact with the psychic body.
Some are good, some are negative (bad means they are malevolent) in the sense they are part of the shadow. They operate within their own autonomy which makes them capable of telepathic possession. Or inside the head auditory hallucinations. I've yet to find a means to have two people induce a sleep paralysis at the same time and place to see if their is a telepathic medium for spirits to interact with each other.

You're not crazy, I've heard people telepathically talk to me. My social worker did tell me to "shut up" after I was having a psychosis on meth.
Demons or mares are shapeshifters themselves, and humans have the ability to do it too. But the saying goes, when fighting monsters, don't become one yourself. Because that is allowing one's shadow to become more pathological.
