Place was an old building, haunted, and I found out that there was a young housewife who was murdered in a bad way back in the 50s. I tried going from being freaked out and afraid, to acting like we shared the place living together. I'd talk to her like she was there, organizing the place for two, getting and sitting down to dinner for two, etc. The haunting didn't stop, but it stopped feeling hostile and angry/upset.

I posted about it in a discord server once. I was on a aeroplane, flying to see my sweetheart some years ago. Basically I saw what I thought was sun light somehow being directly reflected at me off of something like a mirror. When that caught my eye I attempted to focus on it to figure out if it were a car on a high up hill or maybe a helicopter. Short version is whatever it was moved strangely. I take great pride in my ability to see and notice things others can't and as hard as I tried I could not accurately tell how far away this light was, how large it was, or how fast it was traveling, or even if it was only a single object or multiple. You see at one point the light was just turn off and during that time, even though it was in the middle of the afternoon I couldn't detect anything at all where the light was coming from. Then a few seconds later the light would reappear but from from a different location. It was almost like it was dancing back and forth while the light was off then on or there were two different but identical objects taking turns shining their light. I asked the guy sitting next to me if he could see it and he said yes. Then said it's probably a plane. but it didn't move at all like a plane. The few times I told this story later people would tell me it sounds like some urban legend that they've heard. It happened while flying over Arizona. I've had some other experiences that are hard to explain. It sounds normal enough
