The closest I got to raw milk after that was when I ordered raw cow's milk online once, but it arrived frozen. It still tasted good and made me feel good

In my experience, the most hydrating water has been spring water. One time I went 4 months without drinking any water. My hydration came entirely from raw meat, raw eggs, and a bit of raw fruit. I felt fine
