I tried raw milk. It was surprisingly hydrating.

The only truly raw milk I've had was my mother's when I was a baby. Her body was full of toxins due to her self-destructive ways, so it probably didn't do much good for me. The closest I got to raw milk after that was when I ordered raw cow's milk online once, but it arrived frozen. It still tasted good and made me feel good

I drank raw milk for a while and then got sick and quit drinking it, never tried raw meat though.

I was formula fed. As for the raw milk, it was from cows and not frozen but I did drink it cold. I am someone who always feels dehydrated no matter how much fluids I drink but even a small portion of raw milk was enough to make me feel better in that regard.

I've heard it's best to drink it somewhere between room temperature and a cow's body temperature. It makes sense that it was so hydrating. Water on its own is a poor hydrator. In my experience, the most hydrating water has been spring water. One time I went 4 months without drinking any water. My hydration came entirely from raw meat, raw eggs, and a bit of raw fruit. I felt fine
