Hello anons. I am an autistic man and recently my obsession has been getting as much food out of my freezer and refrigerator as possible. The freezer is now empty except for three ice packs, which I might throw out today. The refrigerator has ketchup, mustard, and three other condiment bottles in it. It also has coffee creamer and one plastic container with leftovers in it. I have extended this mission to the rest of the kitchen and will be taking a bunch of food from the cupboards to the food bank on Monday, I already have it boxed to go. I don't believe I will be satisfied until literally everything is gone. What level of autism is this and can it be remediated?
It is satisfying to remove clutter, but you will have to pay the price in x weeks / months when you go to cook something and you're like "fuck, I had that but I threw it out"
