Thats meth bro. It sounds like you took a fairly low dose or maybe weak meth but yeah, thats meth. I've done IV crystal meth and never in my life felt more calm, serene, focused, it was like a meditative bliss as all these rushing sensations of pleasure massaged and moved around my body. It was incredible. But the euphoria lasts for about a few hours then you're just fucking tweaked to the max and up for days redosing and being a crackhead. I did jt a few times more but it's just not for me. The side effects are too much and it lasts too long. Also I become INSANELY sexual (I'm bisexual) and go on like these insane sex binges I've done some extremely risky insane sex on meth.

As others have said: undiagnosed ADHD. Watch street meth though. Meth is a legit medication that goes by the name Desoxyn. However, pharmceutical grade is much lower in dosage compared to street grade. Go get diagnosed. You'll change your life around. I got the same result. Ignore the fuckers who argue otherwise.
