Is it too late to make close friends in your mid-20s?
>>
It doesn't matter what the age i, it matters if you can make friends or not, which usually by the time you end your 20s you realise for sure if you will ever have friends or not. Most obviously will, some won't due to mental illnesses such as high functioning actual autism. Luck is also involved like everything.
>>
Nah. You can do it at any point in your life. Just make sure you have something of value to offer, like your heart, your intellect, your skills.
>>
>>84951028
You can, but the barrier to entry is much higher than when you are in school because you have to actively seek opportunities for socialization rather than being passively put in them.
>>
I can count on one hand the number of worthwhile friends I made before 30 years old.
It's been significantly easier to make friends after 30.

>it matters if you can make friends or not,
well no fucking shit captain obvious. thats some great insight
retard

That's not what most people in their 30s experience but I guess just like >>84951067 said, it's probably due to them not actively seeking out opportunities to socialize
>>
>>84951090
Your comment is pure garbage, doe. You added nothing of value, so fuck you.
>>
>>84951102
your post was pure garbage too. friends arent some magical thing you need to be worthy of or figure out whether you can have friends or not. people congregate based on shared goals or motivations just like every other mammalian species. its not that deep

There is no reason to have friends as an incel, let's be honest here.
>>
>>84951475
Lucky that this isn't the incel board you want it to be, newfag-kun.
>>
I'm 27 and don't have any friends in real life. Part of that is on me. I wasn't really socialized properly growing up, and I also passed up a lot of opportunities to put myself out there when I was younger.

I've been in these kinds of spaces for a long time now, and I've realized it's become harder for me to relate to most normies because I've drifted so far from what's considered "normal." I can't relate to your average normie at all, and I think that's another reason why I've struggled to form real-life friendships

It's close enough to want I want it to be, normalfag-senpai. If it isn't an incel board, then it just have to change and become one.
>>
>>84951599
Whatever faggot, don't pretend everyone is an incel like you just for posting here.

Else I'm gonna rape your tiny butthole so you won't be able to call yourself incel anymore :)

Very brave of you to say that.
I will be waiting, we are going to see who will end up as the raped and who is going to be the one to raping. See you then.

If you don't want to read my post, that's fine, but don't reply then is the thing.

"Can you make friends at this age?"
Doesn't matter what age, what matters is if you can make friends or not.
It's a very simple concept but I understand on 4chan the average IQ is very very low.
>>
>>84951699
You act way too smug for someone who will end up with a sore asshole and trembling legs for weeks, faggot.
>>
>>84951053
It pretty much boils down to this, OP. If you had a healthy upbringing with parents who instilled in you trust, love and the ability to bond you can make friends practically at any point in life, obvs it becomes harder with age but it is very possible. On the opposite case, if the people tasked with taking care of you raised you in hellish conditions, forget about it. Love, friendship or any sort of "healthy" relationships, you're broken forever be it age 8, 16 or 75
>>
yes those are made in childhood, you can make good friends though
>>
>>84951028
You can make acquaintances, maybe even regular friends. Close friends is a big ask though.
Most people have a lot of obligations, and the ones that don't are usually hard to be friends with. The ones without obligations are varying levels of avoidant and live a life without obligations for a reason.
>>
sad cause no frends? ;C
>>
>>84951072
>It's been significantly easier to make friends after 30.
please tell me how
>>
it gets harder because normies marry and their spouse is their close friend and they dont really open up to anyone else as much after that. but its still possible if you find a fellow non-normie. but they come with the chance of being crazy, which happened to be, had to cut them off.
>>
I wish I could make friends but I simply don't mesh with most people.
