What's the most valuable thing you ever accidentally threw away?
>>84953001a lifetime of happiness, love and fulfillment with the girl who's heart i broke not once but twice and still didn't learn
>>84953001I threw a stake knife in the garbage once and then later found it after I had lit the trash on fire in my backyard. It burned the wood handle a bit but it's still usable. That's the only thing I can think of. Was like a $5 knife. Wow.
>>84953020I'm about to go through the same thing, and I don't think I'll be able to handle what happens
the time i got to spend with my angel

A baseball cardIt was a rare one that, if in perfect condition, could have sold for five or maybe six digits. The problem was, my mother was kind of obsessed with it and also didn't know jack shit about preserving those things, so she would often directly touch and hold it, and it got slightly worn, losing the vast majority of its value. When she died, I just tossed it out with the rest of her junk (she had a lot of genuine trash, just piles and piles of paperwork and other garbage)But it turns out I probably could have still pawned the card off for, like, possibly a few hundred bucks. Not a crushing thing to have lost, but losing a couple hundred bucks still sucks
