>>84975000You have ADHD also I struggle with executive dysfunction but what has helped me and might help you is every morning when you wake up cross out a day on a calendar and then have a list under of what you need to do that day and then check off the list as it goes make it start with something simple like brushing your teeth and then make it go up in difficulty like taking a shower maybe a chore after that and that after that the gym going somewhere doing something

You are completely normal. Most people experience this. That's why it's common advice to put your gym clothes out the day before. Your brain will try to negotiate with you, you have to say fuck that get to caffeine as fast as possible wash your face and go workout. I still do this, today I lost that battle (I usually workout with Gymnastic rings at 4AM) but went to the gym when I woke up hours later because I know I love working out and am tired of not having the body I want.
