In slavlands if you notice that you shit blood you send text to your boss saying "I'm not comming today, I'm shitting blood" then you call a doctor, tell him that you shit blood and he gives you prescription for drugs and a week off, he sends note to your work place, that way they don't take a day from your paid annual leave
