Anon, plants absorb CO2, and release O2. They consume your waste gas, and produce the gas you need to breathe to live.

>>84976726The plants in the OP are African Violets. They're an excellent starter houseplant. They stay small, are easy to care for, and bloom frequently. Enthusiastic breeders have created a lot of varieties of flower color and shape, so you can get yourself a bunch of different looking ones.
