Is it even good? i smoked once, it made my breath real stinky, and i've got tooth problems already so i don't want to do it and make it worse but i kind of liked it. But the people who smoke i meet in public stink like crap. what do?
>>
First year it's like cumming for the first time. After that it makes you stop stressing out.

Not OP but I'm in my 30s and tried cigs like maybe half a dozen times and each time it made me feel literally nothing and tasted like shit (and I smoke pot so I wasn't just dragging and holding it in my mouth, or something retarded). I'm lucky it didn't work on me I guess because both my parents destroyed their lungs with cigs.

I have ADD and autism though so maybe it's something to do with that, like how cocaine doesn't work the same on ADHD people or whatever.
>>

>Is smoking really that addictive ?
no. if you cant quit cigarettes you are genuinely the most retarded faggot on the planet. i smoked like 10 cigs a day for 2 years and one day i just quit completely cold turkey and it was the easiest shit ever. no cravings, no withdrawal symptoms, nothing. i genuinely believe addiction is a lie made up by the jews.
>>
>>85083811
>Is smoking really that addictive ?
yes, it's not obvious on your first cig because the body treats it like an isolated incident.
don't do it anon, no one looks back on their life and thinks "I should've picked up smoking". it's always the other way around. there's no upside to it. it just drains you of your money, keeps you enslaved, and poisons you.

>>85083966
you're an exception and you probably have autist determination. most people will get addicted and will struggle to quit.

thats not rela and stupid. i am textbook perfect case ADHD, and stimulants get me wired, like everyone else. who isnt a meme who says "ohmg no like it LITERALLY does the opposite for me!" no it doesnt. maybe the energy helps ADHD people tof cous more and be more reserved bc of it, while it makes others more extroverted ? idk? still doesnt sound right. i think this is just an entire meme tbr.

but also nicotine isnt a real drug like marijuana, and it doesnt really produce a high very much. it basically boosts memory, attention, focus, and stimulates reward centers. some people just find it a lot more noticeable than thers

smoking weed will ruin your lungs in its own way down the road though. ik, not tied to cancer rates, but emphesyma and other things like that -are-. and i grow weed, im not telling yo to stop. just dont falslely beleive youre doing anything better for your lungs by smoking weed rather than tobacco. afte the honeymoon phase, even consider practicing moderation, or stickin to extract except on special occasions. or something, idk.

It's okay, not a big fan of the taste of tobacco; I smoke menthols. I haven't quit entirely, I'll smoke socially/when drinking, but I don't feel any withdrawals. I used to smoke 2-3 packs a week at my peak.

I would honestly avoid smoking entirely if you can help it, and the biggest reason I'd say is because it'll make you age like spoiled milk. I also can't get hard for a bit after smoking

You're right anon, I'm (diagnosed) ADHD and I smoke cigarettes because it takes longer for me to get tired/sleepy from smoking them. I can't vape because I become exhausted/sleepy only after a few hits. Has to do with nicotine and its effects on dopamine and norepinephrine.
I've also done cocaine several times on different occasions and never felt anything lol

Depends on the person desu
>>

addiction and withdrawla definitely happens and ive experienced it w multiple substances, but i do agree, quitting NOTHING is honestly-that- hard. i used heroin for muliple periods and quit it cold turkey, after a couple months. most ppl couldnt do this ik and i worked my way up with smaller substances, but honestly its doable and really wasnt even that hard imo. i was in pain for a few days, oh no. who's had the flu as a kid, and who didnt die of it. basically everyone. its not very different.
>>
The negative health effects make it bad. And I don't mean they cause cancer in 500 years. I mean I would get "summer flus" at the same time every summer and it wasn't a flu, it was inflammation and immune compromise from smoking and I only smoked for 10 years.
Also they put tiny little burn holes in all my clothes, waste of money and they make your teeth orange.

>implying addictiveness has anything to do with how good the experience is
Good one. It sucks and you won't be able to stop.
>>
>>85083811
no idea because nobody wants to talk about smoking
>>
>>85083811
I quit over 11 years ago and I still crave cigs.

it's like coffee, that drink doesn't taste good at all but if you go one morning without it you'll get hit with high bp and headaches. when you teach your system to function with a substance it will let you know that it misses its effects when you don't take it.

Does this anime have a dub yet? Whats it called? I wanna watch it

My great grandfather quit cold turkey when he was 40. Never smoked again. Lived to be 92.
>>
>>85083811
Whenever I tried smoking cigarettes I would wake up in the middle of the night with my throat burning like hell. Now I just vape.
>>
>>85084170
Whg don't you smoke one unit today just to celebrate that feat, anon? C'mon, you know you want it too.
>>

Bokv no Pico
>>
Idk I just quit one day

Yes its not worth it. Makes you and your clothes smell like shit. Bad for teeth/mouth. If you use electronics it's gonna gunk it all up eventually

smoking a Marlboro red right as I'm scrolling the thread. don't start. if you need to smoke something smoke a joint once in a while if someone offers it to you (at least I never craved weed enough to go out of my way to get it, but if it was legalized I'd probably buy it).

nothing to gain other than shortness of breath, money drain and when you don't smoke for weeks you still get cravings. I'm currently at my highest cigarette consumption (maybe 3-4 a day average) because I'm under exams and either I smoke or eat junk food.

and don't think it makes you look cool. If you're cool while smoking a cigarette you are cool without. I look like an autist even when smoking, I've even had people telling me that the way I smoke looks retarded
>>
>>85083811
Thats how addiction works dumbass, its all shit, but you will feel its good if you overload your brain with the things chemicals causing dependence, if you smell gasoline long enough you will thing its good, if you smell shit long enough you will think its good.
>>
>>85083833
it actually doesn't make you stop stressing out, shit makes anxiety worse and you have to smoke to balance out. When I smoked cigarettes i convinced myself it was chilling me out but once i quit I was way more calm and collected. Nicotine is an upper, people think it stop anxiety but most smokers are anxious messes with stress issues and lie to themselves that the cigarettes are helping.
