I live in a double wide (kinda nice looking trailer). Anyone else? They're genuinely underrated.

>>85086236I'll be moving to one next year. Selling my suburban McMansion and buying one on some acreage for cash. Goodbye mortgage, hello just not giving a fuck after I pay the $1000 per year in property taxes.
>>85086236I've actually been thinking about going to the trailer life. I live in an apartment and it's nearly 3k a month at this point. Not really trying to impress anyone anymore so been thinking about buying a little land and just putting a trailer on it and paying the money to get utilities to it.
>>85086236Is it on your own land or in a trailer park? From what I always hear predatory trailer parks are the real issue, and they're not as mobile as "mobile home" suggests. That and they deteriorate fast compared to a regular house.
