I've been asked by doctors to do Colonoskopy/endoscopy to figure out bowel inflamation. But i think im refusing to do it, i dont want to be raped by a robot-tube or that something goes up the bum. Would you guys think in the same kind of way.. Looks like its gonna be hard to get some IBD medicine thoughever
>>85086311I had a colonoscopy like 2 months ago but I'm 35 and have to get them every 5 years because I had precancerous polyps in my 20's. Are you in America? It's real easy here, they load you up with drugs and you don't remember a thing or feel anything. I've read in Europe they don't put you to sleep for colonoscopies (not sure how true that is) so that should could suck. I've had 3 of them though, not that bad. Last one did have any polyps or anything.

>>85086360>veganAhahaha, so many bio-available nutrients you cant get on that diet. For starters just stop eating processed stuff and smoked meats and eat a general good diet, and not with too much whole fibers as those can be harder on digestion. Raw high quality meats like liver is very nutritious. And raw can be ligheter on diggestion and could maybe work with a good diet. But even still, we are talking about IBD, eating is not really inflamation negative and just neutral at best, so big flare ups could maybe not be beat by good diet. Realistically i wouldnt be surprised if sometimes just medicine works, but fasting is technically non-inflamation-adding and neutral so technically that could be decent.
