ML engineer here:If you're on a budget, you can get a Google Colab Pro subscription (10 or 50 USD a month) and fine tune an existing model (a mistral model might be best if you're trying to do anything weird; otherwise, go with a qwen model) with whatever data or instructions you want. You can do a synthetic dataset with whatever personality you want. There's no reason to do this stuff locally, especially when you're on a budget.Barring that, how about spending some of that money on better clothes, a good haircut, etc
