it's a spaghetti sauce. just fry any old onions + carrots + celery in olive oil, stir it into chopped or plum tomatoes. blitz it smooth with a hand blender if you want, add in any red wine if you want. there, ready for your Bolognese.

you're making his tomato sauce. you're making passata. which is not spaghetti sauce, it's the base for a spaghetti sauce.
furthermore you don't eat spaghetti with a red sauce you retard.
