celebrity chefs piss me off for this nonsense. >add a few truffles and aged camembert and make sure you fry everything in first pressing olive oil, don't skip on the Champagne either, something like Prosecco doesn't have those rich flavoursit's a spaghetti sauce. just fry any old onions + carrots + celery in olive oil, stir it into chopped or plum tomatoes. blitz it smooth with a hand blender if you want, add in any red wine if you want. there, ready for your Bolognese.
