This is a really abstract and hard to describe feeling but I feel over the years internet cultural has leaked so much into the real world that I no longer feel the illusion that I can become a normie again. I'm stuck in the middle between internet cretin and functioning member of society, and I fear there may be nothing to gain by going outside and talking to people anymore. Maybe I'm just being paranoid but "normal people" don't function like the normal people I saw growing up in movies and when I spoke to adults. Everyone is a total dickwad.

While I'm 23 right now, I have a few acquaintances that are in their 30s or pushing 30, and while these are good guys they act like teenagers. When we lose all expectations and emotions about life (besides acceptance and love) we free ourselves from the frustration and agony of suffering over things we can't control. Nonreactive calm disarms people and allows you to create new terms for reality.
