i didn't sleep tonight, tend to only get one or two hour nap mid day when im like this. hope its going well for anyone reading this. anybody got plans for the rest of their day? im going to try eating out and setting up a dating profile.

When you are like what well I hope you get well I just woke up I got about 8 hours but I'm still very very tired it was mostly a light sleep

As for plans today I'm probably just work Rose here exercise a bit make some breakfast in a minute watch some YouTube take a shower of warm shower with music I feel happy this morning

I hope you manage to get some restful sleep

still very much haven't been sleeping. kinda stressed cuz im waiting on adhd meds and it feels like my productivity is halted untill i can get those. playing guitar rn though its fun
