I want to travel the world, but specifically to go to theme parks.
>>85094665I hate to be the one to say it but smaller theme parks are 10x funner than the super huge ones. Mostly do to insane wait times in lines. Take Cedar Point for instance. It's one of the biggest parks in the entire north east United States but is a shit visit because line times are 1 and a half hours on a fast day or 2 hours on a busy day.So your 12 hours there is spent riding like only 5 rides assumomg you took breaks to eat, get out of the sun, visit the smaller exhibits
>>85094665You could help people with the money instead, but here you are with your selfish pursuits.
>>85094707I know what you mean. You've got to find the right time to go to a park like Cedar Point, and even then there will still be some long lines. I think when I make my way up there, I'll bite the bullet and buy the Fast Lane pass. I usually don't have to do that because I'm smart about when I visit parks, but I think at Cedar Point it would really come in handy.
>>85094707I mean the secret to theme parks is you just go when it's the off seasonOf course you have to have a somewhat unconventional life to do that or you just live close by
>>85094831The problem with Cedar Point is they don't have an offseason. It's a destination level park, if it was in Texas they'd be open year round, but because of the weather in northern Ohio, Cedar Point can only operate so many months out of the year. There are some weeks that are better than other weeks but it's basically always going to be busy there.
>>85094847Just go Thursday or Friday in September & October. Cuts out some of the crowd because it's during the school year. Also the best strategy for zoos, aquariums, and movie theaters. Always go during a weekday while school is in.
>>85094896Thursdays in September they're only open in the evenings for their Halloween event
