close your mouth
put your lips flat
purse your lips on your right side to leave a small opening ( right side is my preferred, use left if you want)
put your tounge behind that spot (leave some space)
blow air outwards (again my preferred option)
you should be whistling
might be a bit quiet if it's working for a while, just have to practice

i used to never be able to whistle but i learned how a few years ago
i think my autism has latched onto it and made it a stim really
remember to drink water too
