Also there was still plenty to do even without much money. As the decade was wrapping up though you really needed a decent job to get by and then we started off the following decade with Covid bullshit and it has never really gotten better for a lot of my peers. So starting your 20s in the 2020s looks like complete ass and I understand the lack of motivation. Best of luck, maybe you will be able to capitalize on the death of the boomer generation.
