For the curious, there are many ways you can allegedly improve your penis size, although most aren't (fully) backed by soience. The most reliable method are about improving your health, which in turn improves your erection quality and makes your inguinal fat pad smaller, hence making your dick bigger. Beyond that, it's more pseudoscientific: some claim you can continue to improve erection quality by performing strange exercises or using a penis pump. But they say you can also physically stretch out the tissues that make up your penis, using a bit of tension for upwards of 2 hours a day everyday, and over time this would force your body to adapt and actually make your dick longer. The tension can be applied through various methods: manually pulling on it, hanging weights to it, or using more experimental devices, such as extenders.With that said, I've been using an extender, an hour and a half a day, and no sign of the famous noobie gains, so I'm thinking I got scammed.
