>>85100728Where I live a person that fat is extremely rare. It's like the other anon said, they have serious disabilities and you couldn't reach that weight yourself if you tried. That being said, it is extremely difficult to avoid becoming fat in old age once you slow down and become tired. I'm only 30 and weigh 25 more pounds than I did in high school. I hardly have the motivation to go into work everyday; dieting and exercising never lasts long because I'd rather sit on my ass and drink. Weight loss is the easiest, most straightforward thing you can do, but I'm just too lazy. The best option is to never gain the weight in the first place.

>>85100940The first major contributing factor was intentionally eating more to gymcel, then I stopped gymcelling, The second was eating eating a lot once a day without consciously trying to do any OMAD type fasting, then I just subconsciously normalized eating that much and would still eat another meal and/or snack. You can still eat a lot of something like pot roast once a day and not be fat.
