That's because reproduction is an innate drive. The others are explained by the fact that the drive to work and study is not natural in the same sense. Work and study is something you should be forced or feel obliged to do to better the circumstances of you loved ones/community, without belonging or anyone/anything to care and work for many simply become anhodenic and only the only remaining driving force is immediate survival(untill that fades).
