I've been losing a good amount of weight I really just want to lose BF and I'm using Claude as a "personal coach". I was working out for a month alongside a 45 min treadmill before.But I really didn't want to do it anymore It's really boring, even with Adderall the burnout was pretty fast. I'm just doing cardio now on the treadmill at an incline 9-10 at 2.1- 2.4 for a hour it is so much easier mentally. The only problem is my sleep is too short. Also the fucking Fitbit Air is good it's has everything I want at the basic level. I recommend the fitbit and it's only 100 dollars.
